What payment methods do you accept?

We take major credit and debit cards, as well as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, BitPay, and PayPal.

Where do you ship from?

We usually ship products from whichever of our U.S. warehouses that offers the fastest delivery to you.

How long will my shipment take?

That depends on several factors, but generally a 3 to 7 days for in-stock items once we have processed your payment.

How do I return a product?

Please write us at www.mota.com/support to request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. No returns can be accepted with an RMA number.

Purchased items must be returned in original, unused and undamaged condition within 14 days from delivery. After 14 days, purchaser may return Product with a  35% restocking fee and transaction fee. Purchaser is responsible for all the return expenses (including shipping charges, insurance, and customs duties if any).
